Am I going to miss out on anything from the update? More concerned about whether I should restart or not

So I just came back to this game after months away, I have 0.65 installed, can my save be transferred or should I start from the beginning if there is a lot of new stuff?

so it started once after like over 30 minutes so I guess I have to wait a while?

So I just downloaded the beta and when I start the application after extracting all the files it runs in my "background processes" in task manager. I don't know why the game isn't showing up. 

Any tips?

make sure you got into the house and kitchen every so often and help at the garden

Also some gay scenes would be cool

I'm still on version 0.15 how do I play on the newest version and do I need to use a new file?

Is the newest version only available as a download? That might make sense but IDK if the web version is only 0.15 ver
