Hey! I'm a music composer looking to participate on my fifth game jam. I can make almost any style of music with any type of vibes a game may require. Though i'm not specialized on SFX i can make decent stuff to fill any need.
I would like to make a 2D pixel art game but i'm open to other ideas that you our your team may have.
I liked that you even created context for the game, that's a great touch. At first i was a little confused because i didn't see anywhere what the controls are (maybe you specified them somewhere but i didn't see them), some of the walls of the level are almost the same color as the background in the first part so be careful with that! Lastly i would like some music in the background but overall, great work!
I liked the idea, and how you interpreted the theme. The movement is a little bit confusing at first but after a few tries you get the hand of it, even if i like Super Mario World i think if you had used some assets of your own I'd prefer it. Aside from that, very good work!

It has the most important aspect of a game with scores and leaderboard it makes you want to play again and again to get better times than other players!

I can make chiptune music using trackers that emulates almost perfectly (if not perfectly) the soundchip of the NES and other old consoles.
