Great pack! Although it's Quake paletted it might be fun to use these for an Heretic map using those TrueColours variations.
If you're still looking for suggestion how about an on and off switch of some sort of maybe a liquid like water or lava?
By the way, one of the texture is like sludge water but unlike the slime and blood flats which both have an A and B version, this one doesn't, is it perhaps an oversight?
This pack was fully worth the $5.00 USD I paid for, it's nice to see you updating it again!
