HAH! Thank you so much for playing - keep trying to squash those bugs (They're just really hard to hit) !
I'm actively working on the project as we speak!

Thank you so much! I'd love if you could share your play through. I'm still on the fence if I want to officially release this-but regardless I'd like more eyes on it. Please, share away.

Re-Balancing enemies as we speak- Maybe things are a little slow?

Thanks so much for playing!

Nice! You've inspired me to try out Gdevelop! It's a good amount of difficulty , took me about 3-4 tries.

Good stuff! I enjoyed the moving elements in Accursed Perspectives and hope you can combine the best of both games in your next project.

Seconded - This just happened to me when I tried to make 2nd project from scratch with new names, new tiles - ect. My assets, sprites and more from the first game seem to be there but my map was wiped. I had been working on it for 100+ hours.

I found the "map.eem.backup"  file. Problem is I wasn't able to do anything with it, I renamed the extension but couldn't get it to load in the editor. Please let me know if I'm going about recovering this the wrong way.

What a shame!  I want to add that his certainly seems to be linked to creating a new game project. I'm afraid to work on two simultaneously now.

Managed to beat it!!! Excellent - and happy april fools!

I took a long hiatus from Itch but I'm back! XD Since this was an early scratch game a lot of it is noodle code I can't polish; however I'll help where I can:

Try lighter mouse presses if the game is skipping dialogue. It may be registering as a double click if you hold down
the mouse button for too long.

Telling where the navigation arrows are takes trail and error: the bar to the west has an exit at the top of the spiral staircase (the light pink doorway).

If I revisit this project I'll definitely tweak some art assets to better guide the player. I appreciate you playing!
