This is not possible, and don't worry about Virgya/Lily, things will improve in their relationship (it's planned she can even have his baby in one of the endings), but I can't explain what's going because this is too much spoiler.

I think Molly and Lily works yes. For last molly scene, you only need to talk to her on Day 8 (doesn't require a gift). And no going for Lady Hale, doesn't prevent from getting Lily last scene necessarily.
Open the game folder, you will find a folder named "saves", you will see a number indicating page and position, for example for a page 1 save 8, it will be page 1-8-LT1.save. If you don't know exactly, can take the full page of saves where the savefile with the bug is located and send it to me by email in a .zip.
Hello tradeoff, thanks, for the japanese language I'd love to, certainly will be done at one point in the future, but not sure when, probably when the game is more advanced.
We will see when the game release, that's something I'll consider if Itch.io doesn't fix its issue, it's also complicated to setup, we are talking about many keys and steam doesn't allow to give away that many keys all at once.
