How do i fix the problem when i go load into a game file and after the dialogue ends I return to the game's menu

I just go this problem where I tried to deepen my control on bea and the game just blacked out, I couldn't see anything. I tried many things but nothing works and I am really annoyed about starting again but I do like this game so I will start when this is fixed.
