I'm kind of surprised Shinx isn't in a love ball 

Fix I found that will hopefully help you find a bug fix. 

Save outside Bella's house  and save a copy of the save file in a new folder so if something goes wrong, your data isn't lost.  Then in your save file (Game.rxdata),  make the following 2 changes to the original:

First change:

Find this:

0 > @rb:attributes > self_switches > @rb:object > @rb::attributes > @data > @rb:attributes >@rb:complex::(random numbers here) > @rb::key

0 value is 78 and 1 value is 22

Do this:

Set the 1 value to 24

Second Change:

Find this:

0 > @rb:attributes > self_switches > @rb:object > @rb::attributes > @data > @rb:attributes >@rb:complex::(different random numbers here) > @rb::key

0 value is 78 and 1 value is 24

Do this:

Set the 1 value to 22

Launch the game and now when you walk back in, Bella should walk to ya, do the normal chat, call her garchomp, and leave. Then you just walk outside and your free!
