I'm stuck on the quest where I have to talk to the leaders of each district. Can anyone help me?

After trying it out... I swear, I’m going absolutely crazy. I haven’t even gotten past the first person yet. I’m just way too unlucky.

I think... games with Mpreg themes should have a warning in the title like "(Mpreg)" to let people know, so those who don't like that genre won't accidentally click on it. I'm just saying this because I'm someone who doesn't like Mpreg either, but I'm not hating on it or anything—I just want there to be a clear indication, like This is an Mpreg game or This is an Fpreg game. But yeah, that's just the opinion of an ordinary person.

I hope to play the next update of this game soon, or Birth Story, because I'm dying of thirst—I want to play it as soon as possible...💀  But even so, I want the game to be the best it can be, and that takes time... I'll keep waiting.

Does anyone know how to find Liz? I still can't find her.

I only found two birth scenes. How can I find the other two?
