Yes! The Blender file now has clothing included, VRChat will have a clothing update soon as well.

I only had paypal setup, but I just enabled stripe. Try and see if your able to purchase now without paypal.  

As of right now no, but in the future these nsfw models will have clothing options

I believe it's because it uses a very very old version of VRCQuestTools. I didn't make the port but I assume that's the reason, but glad you fixed it! If you have any other issues you can dm my friend @klaikowastaken on twitter since they did the port
