• The war will fail.

Round 3: Oligarch and War

• Expropriate and nearly get killed.
• Win the war.

Round 4: Corruption and Guards

• Win both.

Round 5: Oligarch and Play

• Recruit the soldiers.

Round 6: Oligarch and Play

• Recruit the soldiers.

Round 7: Oligarch and Play

• Recruit the soldiers.

Outcome:

• Choose Charon and keep him. He will die, and Achilles will take over. However, the last family will defect to the rival city, resulting in Achilles’ death.
• You’ll become unpopular, with only about 250 votes — but you’ll stage a coup and seize power as dictator.

I actually got to 100 power+happiness points but the game did not end.
