nice the finished version!! there was a tricky segment on the last level but I managed to get past it (shhh). really challenging and fun to think through and play.

this concept is really creative! I liked that you kept the game going after the design aspects were finished and proceeded to give the players the pleasure of exploring it afterward. it was really rewarding to be able to interact with an environment after helping create it.

honestly if this bece a fully fleshed out RPG I would play it. I think the medieval looks add to the nostalgia a lot, DND-esque stuff

I like that the game not only makes you feel like creating something but it’s also very press of a button too, it’s a nice breath of fresh air in the middle of all the projects.

the use of randomized stats at the end is a really great use of RNG. I thought there was some kind of catch but then I realized that my choice to reroll better stats WAS the catch about the game. it felt like a commentary on what makes someone or something objectively “enough.” made me think.

one really cool technical aspect of the game is that green letters imbedded in the text are used to navigate through the game. this sets the game apart from a lot of text based games which use 1/2/3 and I feel that it adds a lot of whimsical charm to the gameplay.

this game is technically really impressive, the creator has working animations and rigs. the characters seem to have been modeled and rigged in Blender using armatures and sculpted and textured using modeling tools.

I love the references in the game, the background reminds me of VNs, the characters feel like they come from flash games, and I also realized that all the characters are Louden. maybe the real Louden were the friends we made along the way.

I love that when you die, the game doesn’t tell me exactly what happens that leads to it. I think this is deliberate in that it wants me to lean into my imagination and knowledge about alien movies to infer what happens.

during my play through I tried to subvert the level by trying to jump off, but I found that the game accounted for those things and brought me right to the ending. I think the intention of the game was to convey the concept of helplessness and the idea of there being no escape.

the ambiance of this game is awesome. the ending with this sort of glitching sound sent chills down my spine and I found myself trying to unlock [2] throughout my play through. I didn’t manage to get it but I wonder if it’s intentionally left greyed out or if it can really be unlocked.
