One Dev did that for their game on Steam, ensuring i will never buy from them ever again.

edit- checked again and seems he's undoing the changes but still my trust is not restored.

Your biggest hurdle will be payment methods. As that's how they really censor these type of games. Short of going back to Money orders or Checks. 

Don't leave us Steam folk out in the desert, go back when the crazies get bored.

Got it on Steam before the controversy even hit.

Its an OK game but worth supporting if you hate Censorship as much as i do. I do wonder if we'll get updates on Steam or if it will be relisted again in the future.
