I was hoping for some glover-like slippery physics from the screenshot. But i´m probably the only one that would hope for that T_T. Great work though.

I can handle sega megadrive hardware limitations(i can put backgrounds and sprites on the screen each with different palletes using sgdk, and have aseprite editor). How can i help?

Spellcasting is very clever, and although you could use a mouse interface like loom(with sega mouse), i´m glad you didn´t because not many people have it... (scooby doo on genesis is quite burdensome without a mouse)
