Just to tack on, as another dev: I just now downloaded the current version to check myself. Everything seems in working order, the images extract correctly as do all the music files, I opened them to confirm. Maybe your connection had a hiccup part of the way through and it didn't finish downloading all the way, I know I've had that issue before elsewhere.

There is, as is usual for RPG Maker MV games. Depending on your controller setup, you may have to launch through Steam using the non-library game feature so that Windows and the game play nice together.

It's actually a problem in 1.99 where entering the 'Learn Skill' menu, and then scrolling to other jobs, causes equipped items on that character to get 'duplicated' (in a manner of speaking, it's really more like two ways to get to the same item). This's been fixed in the 2.0 release that launched tonight!
