Thought i encountered a bug until i figured it out.  Effective horror! I think the light puzzle solving is very satisfying, i think if you wanted to you could build a larger game around this mechanic. Think like a restaurant/shop game where you expand your part options. Maybe a cookie clicker type game where this more active monster matching component is the twist.

Regardless, it's a satisfying little joy. Thank you for sharing it. I hope you keep creating, whatever it is that sparks your interest.

It looks like the only download you have uploaded to Itch.io is for a steam version.

I can't get the game to start, "An error occurred when launching this game: No licenses".

This game has style! I had a heck of a time with the robot voice that says "44" in the painting room though.  Basically impossible for me to understand.  I would suggest adding a caption for these numbers, even if it's in the sidebar where the AI talks to you... if those robot voices had captions this game would also be more accessible, as that puzzle would stop deaf or hard of hearing players from completing the game.  That puzzle room is great though, thanks for making this!

Thanks for the reply, I'll check it out.  Your layouts are gorgeous!

May I ask what program or programs you used to put the pdf together?

Thanks for the video!
