can't level up ghost stella because i had already cleared the entire map outside of mourne and can't beat her because she's too strong. And I didn't know Ghost Stella was a thing until I got her. Afaik there's no way to get exp for her outside of enemies and there's no way to infinitely spawn enemies from what I can tell so kind of softlocked.
