The defend action: Does it always Negate Damage and heals 2 HP, is the resolutions table right? Or are both of them right at the same time?

lol. I used this logic, as It was the same as the componentes logic. Does some type of permanent injure happens If thay receive certain damage, or is it up to the warmaster?
