I would like you know that I am a little irritated, but I want to give you honest feedback for improvement. (mixed with a few pedantic nitpicks.) Anything in parentheses is a nitpick or some other aside.
Your Steam Next Fest demo is tantamount to clickbait.
I thought it was taking a little long for a ~1GB demo to get to the "meat" of the concept, but I shushed myself for complaining about "too much content." (Little did I know.)
The problem isn't the amount of content in the demo, but the relevance of it. There are two futanari images in over half an hour of story, and neither occur during the story itself. One is in the gallery, and the other is in the tutorial.
Typically a demo demonstrates the type of content the game provides. What you've put out for Next Fest is the equivalent of a Batman game that ends after his parents die, or a Spiderman game that ends right before he gets bitten by the radioactive spider.
Your writing is technically proficient, (which automatically puts you leagues ahead of most of your competition) but your mini Ren'Py tutorial at the beginning reflects more on this being your first game rather than the readers'. The majority market for futanari VNs (all four to five of them (it's a really small niche)) are prolific VN readers. It's not their first time, and even if it is, Ren'Py is so intuitive that a tutorial is unnecessary. Also, I'm not sure what you or I did wrong, but the text was all "seen" for the purposes of not skipping unseen text. Maybe related to the makeup kits/lipstick?
Your demo is trying to sell me on the concept of you writing a futanari story without any examples of being able to write a futanari character, and does so with a showcase of subpar Ren'Py usage. The interactivity of the makeup kits is appreciated, but but unmotivating when the gallery on Steam is completed by default.
Your usage of GenAI for the music is refreshingly nuanced. You are using a tool to make the best product you possibly can with the skills and budget you have. (I can't lie, every time I hear music in a VN I think about the first VN I heard that track in. (which is usually Corrupted Kingdom.))
I've just read the list of "Features" on this page. My personal thoughts (these are all nitpicks):
Promising "Realistic characters and grounded art direction" falls a little flat when your premise is (likely (it's not in the demo, so I wouldn't know)) built on futanarization.
Your lack of "intrusive minigames" is undercut by your "Lore‑appropriate hidden objects" as they are are a step beyond the acceptable immersion breaks of your "meaningless choices," which you have chosen to omit. (ignoring the optional fantasy about Ash.) Those choices represent moments for the reader to feel like they are really present in the story, and often increase immersion by forcing interaction. (There's a reason Dora the Explorer was so popular for early education, y'know?)
Also, you have a phone interface. The reader does not interact with it per the usual "here's your stats and the settings menu, presented in a diagetic setting" manner of VNs, but there is still a literal phone interface.
Your promise of intimacy growing out of "emotional development, not spectacle" is not represented by Brad and Vivian's (potential?) romantic interest in each other being sparked by effectively trauma bonding over their mutual charge's near miss assault at the audition. (Also, the tonal shift of Hana's willingness to flash the pizza boy for Sally's dare being "funny" in comparison to the seriousness of Tom's assault earlier that day reminds me of the "flirting vs. sexual harassment" meme.
"You gotta flash the pizza guy" -> appropriate
"Lose the skirt and bra, and we'll run it again" -> inappropriate
The scene shows how much Hana trusts Sally, but having it the same day as the audition with Tom is too soon, methinks.
All in all, I felt so strongly that my 40 minutes playing the Steam demo were wasted by a lack of futa content that I spent another hour trying to provide informative (or entertaining) feedback.
