Thank you for trying! Yes it's strongly recommend to download the game where it often is smoother.

My eye's hurting in the end, but it's simply perfect.
Feels reminiscent of cruelty squad, but put into a mecha scenario. I found this wonderfully artistic and fun.

Then mechanics of the player is wonderful. I can see the inspiration from the Gundam and AC series. You really nail the movement and combat mechanics with a fabulous art style!! This would be worthy of a paid game given more polish and development .

The good:
-movement and combat

-2D/3D art
-music/sfx
-atmosphere is exciting and fun
-Tutorial is fantastic, there was no point in the game where I was confused on how to play

The critique:
-I see what you are doing with eh freeze melee attack, but without noticeable sound effect and reaction of enemy, it doesn't look as exciting.
-I've lost most missions  (either due to lack of time or overwhelmed), but somehow stumbled onto the final fight. I felt their should be some sort of mechanical barrier that would require me to get the final mission.
-enemy missiles are quite tough to dodge.
-enemy spawn under the level

Good job guys!!!

Thank you for playing and giving us feed back :) it's always useful for us for learning purpose.
I'm not the head programmer but I'm guessing the charge must have had too strong of a velocity change which causes the player and all their loot to freak out. It's defiantly a bug we want to fix should continue on building the project after the jam.
We are really glad you enjoy the art and atmosphere we really tried to portrayed within the game!

Hello thank you for playing and giving proper insight :) Soon after seeing your comments we gave more insight we gave more information/hints in the game description. Originally we wanted to make a proper tutorial with the voice from the intro, but we ran out of time.
To answer the gravity part, the location is a spinning space station. gravity does not exist in the center axle but it does further out. This is the case with real space station that uses artificial gravity.
As for escape, there is a teleporter on each of the floor that you can freely teleport back to base with all of your loot, there is an emergency teleporter, but it only teleports the player and nothing else. The end goal is to find the "interesting something" the intro narrator mentioned.

Oh wow! Thank you for playing and posting your wonderful stream!

Thank you for playing, do you mind describing what happened in 1.2? Is it like code bolt where the models are flashing or does it fail to load?

That is quite strange that it's a problem with a selection of people. We will look into it. Thank your u for notifying us!

Thank you so much for the praise and we are honored by your generous score. Everyone has worked day and night to make this the quality we envisioned.

Admittedly the game was spooky for us too when we first merged our assets. Good job in pushing through the end!

No worries, we all gonna be missing something in these game jams :)
Mainly enemy death lacked audio. Nothing indicate that you hit or destroyed something.

The vibe is cool, however this game require a lot of exploration and there is just not enough batteries to deal with the darkness unless you know exactly where they are.

I see a thing moving when I wiggle my mouse, but I do not understand how to progress.

As a sucker for top-down shooter I rather enjoy this. The combat was really fun and the vibe was totally unhinged in a creative way. The last level caught me off guard good.
Great job!

Gameplay wise, absolutely fantastic. I think the mechanism of using the sonar to explore the world was very unique and it's really cool how each enemy plays against you and require different strategies. The world is a perfect length to beat. It is fun and enjoyable to play.
My only critique is that there is a lack of audio in certain situation and the non-sonar view is somewhat boring to look at. Some sort of filter could fix that.
Overall good game! Great job guys!! :)

Yeah, unfortunately there was a lot of struggle on figuring out the coding on my end. But next jam game I promise there will be more!

Congrats on beating and thank you for playing!

Absolutely fantastic, I can see the teams skills really come to light in this piece. The visuals and acting is stunning! I did got the door thing on the first try, I believe if you spam click it kinda e and f it might happens. Otherwise I got to the just fine, A+ gameplay!

Originally, there was a decent more to the game but unfortunately we couldn't fit it all it.
Otherwise, we are so glad you enjoyed the game!
