Finally, the real John Mantle (ashamed to admit it took me a while to make the connection) Your writing is good, I was moved! The hitboxes weren't a huge problem either, it was fun to go back to bootleg game days where you had to dance around the enemy like that.

The game was really cool and I enjoyed seeking all the outcomes! I only have one small issue. I'm not a native English speaker, so when the Angel's voice plays, I can't understand much outside "blood" and "when you go to sleep" throuought all my tries with headphones.
I know it might take away from the atmosphere of that scene, but adding a subtitles option for that part in the settings would be really helpful!
Oh, also, I really love the steps to get the password, I knew what I had to do asap, and when it worked, I felt like a detective! Not any game manages to give me that feeling of accomplishment. And such a great nod to the Satanic Panic era (which is the reason why I fiigured it out so quick in the first place)
