Same here. I'm already hesitant downloading from extern (especially erotic games) and I don't want to ignore the warnings

Edit 1 month later: it's working without any Virus alerts now. Just make sure you're not falling for some fake-download adds disuised as "virus check" or something. 

Still a shame the author isn't responding anymore.
