What kind of vibes do you get from this? Any guesses where/when/what this is in the game?

The game starts with the player finding Minty's content online, and you have a choice ranging from just buying her content (simping for her) up to and including getting in contact with her, finding out what happened since you last knew her, and possibly getting together with her again. 

The high school crush background premise is there to explain why the player cares about this girl in particular. 

As for whether people are into it, I'm sure it's not for everyone. Is there a specific part about it that threw you off?
