Hi, I heard the news about the new update Version 1.2 has released but I don't know how to update the game I have already bought. Is it automatic or do I need to redownload again? and if I do, is my save file going to be fine?

Quick question, is there any difference between usuimo and a simple life with my obtrusive girl? I am looking to buy this game but I am hesitant at the moment as I can see two different versions of the same thing.
