From what I can tell, it's possibly random? Keep replaying the bedroom segment until Orlando's underwear changes during his 'taking the shorts off' part.

Absolute cinema. Played the game start to 'finish' (if there even is one - I'm probably extra extra late game).
More spells could be nice! Also the enemies in the castle might need to be buffed a LOT because I mow through them with ease (though that's probably thanks to my high strength stat and the fact that I'm bigger than the fucking apartment).
I know this feels like a tough request, but a wiki full of information would be nice. Exact stats, effects; area information; etc...
