It came from a Pirate Borg ship record, I just filled out the bottom half with space for the basic ship information. Thank you - I'm working on a better version.
I've been using Chump Dumped as a quick start intro for players and it's been working well. Highly recommend for a quick scenario that has a timer, a handful of NPCs in a relationship web, and some freaky things to encounter.
