You wanna go into system preferences, then go to security and privacy, click on clangen to try and open it again, and in security and privacy a little message should show up that's along the lines of "open anyways", click that and it should work afterwards.

I have a mac too and to fix this you want to try opening Clangen, then go to System Preferences then to Security & Privacy, then at the bottom of that page there should be a button that says something like: Open CLangen anyways. I hope that helps!
