Of your games, I think this one has the best replayability. You could definitely add more variety, more treasure, more purchasable items and, of course, many more enemies!

I mean more like the ability to turn on different styles of sexual content. For example, you could add foot fetish content to the game as another suggested. But you could also add the ability to turn off "Feet content" in the options. Same many other fetishes that people want in the game, all of them can be toggled on or off

This game is fantastic! simply premise that allowed playing over and over to get lots of sexy scenes.

A long term goal I'd like to suggest is the addition of alllllll kinds of different fetishes, with a menu to turn on/off the kinds of content you want to see when you play

This is normal, Its a fear disease caused by certain ghosts. it goes away very slowly on its own or you can talk to a secret doctor in the asylum to have it healed

At first the game was pretty fantastic, I was really enjoying it. But then the story just started copying the plot line of Death Note which honestly just killed it for me.

I would honestly recommend changing that whole section of the game and coming up with your own original story line.
