Will you make another physical campaign available for those of us learning of the game after the campaign ended?

I just discovered the Kickstarter after the campaign completed. Will there be physical versions available for purchase after the rewards are fulfilled?

Will 1.3 be the version on the physical cartridges when those are released? If we already purchased/have the version here, do we get the update or have to purchase it again?
