Thank you for this. The Breggle is so simple and perfect, I don't know why I didn't think of it.

I would (will) make the Knight's Oath of Protection a free action, because I would let any character protect another character that way as their action. 

They could use some mounted combat boost. Shadowdark doesn't address mounted combat, due to its dungeon focus, but MenhirForest would see it more frequently.

It would be nice to have pre-filled character sheets for each costume. Or half sheets you could combine with your regular sheet. 

I'm inferring that you move up or down the Rampage/Exhausted line by one space per point you've adjusted your die roll, but I don't see that explained anywhere. 

And you're moving  on the little + and - squares, not just the large rectangles.

Just ran this online, but instead of Troika I used Honey Heist. Huge success! Everybody loved the shared art!
