I downloaded the update an i am still having my same problem. the program is completely unusable for me. i cant access my triggers, all models are gone, and i can not upload any of them at all. even the original ones this comes with are gone. i am distressed because i bout this 44 days ago and only got a week or 2 use out of this. everyone else that has this seems to be working fine. i would greatly appreciate help or a refund if we can fix this. Which is greatly upsetting because i love this program when it works.

Has anyone figured out ow to fix this yet? my models are gone, my background is greyed out, and i can even click on my triggers. i bought this like a moth ago and I'm annoyed that its been broken for about half that time. i need this fixed
