She is the landlady and an old family friend. You could name her old babysister or trashcan if you want. That is why we have the option so anyone can choose his fan words.

Unfortunatelly the android version is too buggy and unstable. I will try to add one in the future!

In a sense it is. But if you really dislike ntr probably this game isnt for you as in order to avoid it you might have to go through some scenes and situations.
