I love the game and the concept ! That said, I would have enjoyed the cafeteria having some sort of no penetration rule in place, in the idea of each "attraction" being it's own fetish thing rather than the whole island being about free use. I find that would play into the theme park idea much more.
That said, there is no change needed to current content if you want to apply that down the line, as it can wait for there to be another attraction to be opened and use the already included plot point that fucking clients in the cafeteria takes time away from service.
