what's the door in the public showers lead to/ how do you unlock it. i know for the one in house of pain you donate to jazz and the Blue oyster you donate to red

hey don't know if this is a current problem but my saves have stopped loading, it was working fine until i got later in the game (the hospital had unlocked) all of sudden the saves took ages to load and now it just stays on the black screen and doesn't load (left it for 10 mins). Wondering if you know a fix cause i really don't want to have to start all over again :(
