Thank you for your feedback, this is very helpful. I'll have these fixed for the next release. Kissy the Cat links to a note from a personal game that I forgot to remove. I do not know why it changed the question marks. I did put all these together on Linux, but I don't see why it would do that. Maybe it's got something to do with how it's unpackaged from the zip archive? I had to change the quotation marks in a few notes due to giving errors for another user.

The idea is that Dark Legion happens whenever you roll Initiative or suffer a Wound, and in addition you can also activate it 'manually'. It's similar to Exploding Soul from Way of Flame.

That being said, I'll do a "bugfix/balance pass" on this zine not too long from now, where I'll look into potential issues like these, so any feedback is welcome.
