I was actually planning to make more levels, but as you can see I really rushed the level design TºT which is something i kinda like to do :)   (what a weird phrase)

and since I play gm celeste, of course I would like to do something more challenging and more technical but for the jam's sake I went for a bit more of simplicity than anything else (I also had like 10 hours before the jam's end when i started doing the levels)

If I ever wind up picking this up and actually making what I had in mind, I'll tell ya :D

i was just really sad to see that 30 ish people got to my page and couldn't even download the game :(  (and 30 is a LOT)

Sorry Xc was it that bad? i thought i had put the correct link to the page with the downloadable so that would mean you are 3 clicks away from downloading it, but from your description it may have been harder

The physics didn't make sense but i loved this little game so much :>

I was happily replacing the only downloadable build with a web + download one (which btw didn't even work but i didn't know atm) and knew that submissions were locked but i thought - oH tHiS is A dRafT i'M suRe i'tS FinE if I jUsT tRy anD rePlaCe iT  (it was not fine to try and replace it) the add files button wasn't there and then I thought maybe it hasn't saved --- my balls it hasn't saved, i deleted that thang and it friggin went to the shadow realm or smth, and of course there's no cache to save me soo yeah, huge L on my part cuz i thought if it was locked no way i can mess it up, and tried either way TºT

hope that doesn't make people skeptical if I cheated or not, as I now have no proof that i got it whitin the time limit :(   of course the damage has already been done and my downloads will plummet but it's my fault so i have no one to blame

still hope you enjoyed the game tho :) 

sorry :( even with pygbag i spent like 9 hours trying to make a web version, and didn't even got why it wasn't working something about CDN and browser.min.js (i don't understand web development at all) but now i'm very tired and frustrated, have a concert soon, and i have already fucked up the original page so i'm kinda defeated now :c meaning the web version will have to wait more TºT

fuuuu- you're right, the worst has indeed happened TºT i was trying to add the web build but then forgot that the projects were locked... locked my ass it still let me delete the goddamn file ummm i'm trying to make an alt project in my account so people can still download it and perhaps even play the web ver(its been 7 hours i'm gonna lose my mind pygbag is not colaborating can't even run on localhost8000 i'm so desperate rn)

Since this is a python project, its not thaaat simple, and i could go with pygbag (and perhaps even will) but it seems very messy and unreasonably expensive :(

the other option would then be learning javascript and translating the whole game there, and yes that would take a -good- while maybe if i have some patience i'll do it

also why do you don't download games, safety reasons?

as I said, I spent all of the time on the physics (literally just finished high school, and forgot all of physics theory) and uhh it was 22:00 (9 hours before the jam's end) where I still only had 1 level with no sound, so yeah maybe ill add some polish and actual consistency, not just going haha funni line in photoshop go weee and then make the level...? now that i dont need to rush it anymore and have some time

I really liked growing spinach

truly the spinach of all time

only thing tho is that the menus were a bit confusing (didn't know if a quest was completable or not, and the lack of colour in the seeds menu was also some trip to go trough lol) but otherwise i really liked this game <3 (I also hate making menus TºT)
