Didn't tested about the pause menu bug, but I was aware of the death screen one, I'm glad that those bugs made you had more fun instead of being a nuisance.

The blue flash is new, never saw that on other playthroughs, may I have more details about that, please?

Yeah, the idea was to give the player the power to, also, summon structures between waves, but didn't had enogh time to implement a working system.
