This probably isn't being updated anymore, but I urge you to continue with at least a two handed weapon for just the standing and crouching animations, because this is, by far, the most detailed and comprehensive sidescrolling shooter sprite on itch. You have a ton of talent and I hope you keep making sprites. It will be fun to play around with this.

Ha well my game has bugs too. I really enjoyed the concept and I think the gameplay loop you have is solid.

Really enjoyed this game! I ran into a bug where it just stopped taking inputs on level 23, but don't regret the time I spent with it. The combo of marksman, gamer, and scientist rocks. Lot of gameplay here.

I loved this game! The menus are so beautiful and well animated, it's incredibly polished. The gameplay is fun and honestly really challenging in a good way. The art is beautiful. Really an excellent project.

Regarding healing an enemy, I'm not sure how that happened, and I cannot replicate this; TRPGs are very complex games and I'm not surprised there are some bugs deep in there. I definitely appreciate the compliments though, put a lot of work into the style!! That dithering animation when a unit is destroyed is just a shader that can be found here
