Honestly man, just make it CC0. As it is, this is unlicensed content that is not legally safe to use, and I don't see a way to make this legally safe while carving our specific uses.
What does "no crypto or AI" even mean? Does that mean it cannot be used to train image generation, or does it mean that it can't be used in any project that uses AI for other aspects such as coding? Even if you made this more clear and said "no using it in image training datasets", it still is untouchable legally. I would not be able to use these assets in say a free project that I distribute via github, everything made downstream of this would have to include the same "no AI" crayon license. Even if my project then included your "no AI" license, I would still not feel comfortable hosting, because I would have to set up a specific robots.txt file to tell web-scraping AIs not to use your assets specifically, and I can't be sure if that is even followed, so I might still be in violation.
More importantly, this license does NOTHING to prevent it from being used for AI image generation. The legal question around gen AI output is "is the AI model a derivative work of the training inputs?" If the legal answer to that is yes, then everything AI produces is already a copyright violation and you don't need a specific license. If the answer is no, then your license will not matter. So far the courts have said the answer is no.
I understand that you don't want your stuff to train AI, but you need to understand that this does nothing but hurt people who actually care about having truly FOSS projects. Please consider just having this as CC0 and a non-binding request that users respect your preference for not training AI on it.
