I'd say that's a fair descriptor of what we were going for! Thank you

The art direction and unraveling the mystery felt very reminiscent of Return of the Obra Dinn. Really beautiful presentation. I did get lost a few times because my sense of direction is woeful. It would be cool if the player had an option to emit a sound themselves to help highlight the immediate surroundings more easily.
Love the 8-bit style, a lot of beauty in the simple elements and the way they tie together. The gameplay hook was fun and challenging, although I think I'd much rather try this one with a controller than the mouse and keyboard setup.
I'm mostly just blown away by the number of stages you put out in a month. All in all, really impressive stuff!
I dig the idea and the art is really lovely.
But I think I was missing something. Swapping the vacuum tubes and antennae didnt seem to affect anything, and moving the dials didn't either. I thought I might be listening through static or similar, but there doesn't seem to be any audio? I fiddled with it for a bit, but I think I just might not be smart enough lol
Ignore me, just re-read the description. I'm so sorry that happened, I can tell you put a lot of love in the art and the execution. If you get it working feel free to reply, I'd love to play the real thing!
