I'd say that's a fair descriptor of what we were going for! Thank you

The art direction and unraveling the mystery felt very reminiscent of Return of the Obra Dinn. Really beautiful presentation. I did get lost a few times because my sense of direction is woeful. It would be cool if the player had an option to emit a sound themselves to help highlight the immediate surroundings more easily.

Love the 8-bit style, a lot of beauty in the simple elements and the way they tie together. The gameplay hook was fun and challenging, although I think I'd much rather try this one with a controller than the mouse and keyboard setup.

I'm mostly just blown away by the number of stages you put out in a month. All in all, really impressive stuff!

Cool concept, but I couldn't get any of the black holes to spawn. Flew off in random directions, but it was all empty space.

Really cool concept for a music/rhythm game, if not incredibly challenging. Not sure if the hardest part was the controls or my sheer lack of musical talent.

I dig the idea and the art is really lovely.

But I think I was missing something. Swapping the vacuum tubes and antennae didnt seem to affect anything, and moving the dials didn't either. I thought I might be listening through static or similar, but there doesn't seem to be any audio? I fiddled with it for a bit, but I think I just might not be smart enough lol

Ignore me, just re-read the description. I'm so sorry that happened, I can tell you put a lot of love in the art and the execution. If you get it working feel free to reply, I'd love to play the real thing!

Adorable aesthetic and fun mini-games!

Got hung up trying to finish putting the cut-up picture back together, but I'm sure that was just user error. Love the music, but the default song on the home screen was giving slightly sinister vibes to me for some reason.

Really cute concept that was wonderfully executed. The art style sets the cozy tone and the natural soundscapes really reinforce it. The final stage was really tricky, but I couldn't let the frogs stay lonely!

Great art direction and the intro animation was really enjoyable. The gameplay was tricky to understand at first, but I got the hang of it. If the wave reacted or animated more when hitting land, I think it would feel more satisfying. Good stuff!

Fun concept with a surprising amount of depth. Love the clean neon aesthetic too

Delightfully offbeat game. The music was lovely, and the casual gameplay let me get lost in the vibes

Really solid fundamentals. I could see how the mechanics would feel really clean with the right level design. I did beat the first stage and couldn't figure out how to trigger the next one, however. Probably just user error tho. Cheers!

Love a good shmup! The sound design really stands out, it became kind of hypnotic as I played stage after stage.
