I managed to beat the last phase of the cult leader after it gets stuck with an empty healthbar by using the tower card you get from a chest... which brought every enemy back to full health. But after beating everyone again, including the leader, the death event triggered, ending the fight.
Still, it was fun to come back to this game! Always an enjoyable time!
Alfonsos Pity moves are usable! You just need to pair him up with some good party members! From making him a more efficient tank to a series of status effects and attacks.
