The codex lacks two entries 'Meet the Kazimir' and 'Revelation'. And there is no 'Revelation.png' file at all.

Sorry for my terrible english - I write using an online translator. About actions it is difficult to say, just tried to open more scenes (following the walkthrough), but this scene was not found.
