Interesting idea, but I couldn't figure out how to proceed. Then I started scaling every larger till i was YUGE, i should of just smooshed the guy lol

Fun little game, i DEF cheese the enemy hit boxes haha, and rescued the "princess" 

The jump dash spam TOO strong haha

Yeah, I think there might be some logic errors in the code, BUT I will have to wait to fix it until after the jam! I am glad you enjoyed what we have so far, though!

Wow! Great little game, I was wanting more at the end haha, I am not sure if it fit the theme THAT well, however i can easily see how many things could happen that would make it fit the theme very much, so great job!

Wow, very impressive. I was not expecting such a thorough system in just a week! The art was great too; great job!

Thank you! It was quite a learning experience because this was our first game jam and prototype ever. I am so grateful for all the positive feedback and responses. 

The story and art is all thanks to my lovely wife! And I agree, I need to vastly polish the dialogue system; it's kinda janky haha. I am glad you enjoyed it!

If we turn this into a full game, I'd be rebuilding this from scratch and MEGA polishing the dialogue system cause its really bare-bones haha! I am glad you enjoyed it :) And hmm, I wonder if I did the logic for one of them wrong. Thanks for telling me; I will need to go check and update it once I am allowed to from the jam.

Cute litte game and unique concept

I basically guessed on the 2nd day, and somehow it's right haha! Very well done for the theme, and the vibe and concept were great; good job! 

I said the thing! The parents were creepy, even though I sorta wanna believe them, but I also don't know who to believe. The game just ended after I told Axell I wouldn't hate her. Maybe I will try to get the other endings! 

EDIT: I no longer trust the parents kek, but also think axell may be a little crazy too, so in reality maybe i should just escape LOL 

Thank you! I am very much considering turning it into a full visual novel, or even a game beyond that, but still keeping all these visual novel elements, so we'll see!
