I have this idea where basically you can, like, gather stuff from outside and stuff. Maybe even some demons hunting you outside? It's just a suggestion though!!! I'm a Christian and I love 'tis even tho some things aren't really accurate to the Bible lol.

from what i know you can feed em food, the heart is the reltion ship with u (i think) and the one under it is the health. The game is still new and i have high hopes for it
