Some things I noticed on a casual viewing.

On page 5 the jet-ski rider is low resolution and has a lot of noticeably pixelated lines.

On pages 19-23  and the more gear to weigh you down page there is marker drawn art that seems incongruous with the rest of the book's art. Is this temp art?

The map on page 53 is noticeably low resolution.

On the character spread, I think on page 62, the woman siting down lacks a white outline on her metal jaw making it look more like a beard.

I assume that the pages with just black or white backgrounds will have art later on?

The art is great! I love the comic book style. I do think that increasing the size of the font wouldn't hurt. I like the idea of letting the art breath but sometimes it seems a bit much.

The world seems really interesting and I'm hyped to pick this up when it finally finishes.

Pretty good stuff! The only issue I've encountered so far is that zombie shotgunners can have their firing sound cut off if you kill them before it finishes. I would also recommend making the autoshotgun reload slower so that it is trade off over the regular pump shotgun, rather than a straight upgrade.

The menus don't seem to work on the newer versions of GZDoom. 4.13.1 and 4.13.2. The same issues happens with Project Nomad.

I've been trying to play it on various maps as well as Plutonia, and I've encountered crashes with GZDoom 4.11.3.
