so do i! no idea what it could be but i have a bad feeling

idk why but i cant seem to open it? all i get is a file i cant seem to open when i download. i tapped on it but all it tells me is to use VLC media player to open it (which DOESNT work)

i'm not sure if its on purpose but i cant seem to shoot in the target game in the casino thing? i might not have tapped the right button (as i decided to reload from my earlier save to change the order of who was playing what) but i couldnt seem to?

not sure how good it works but for when i had to choose for benny i used betting on whatever number was just landed on, it had a lower chance of landing on it twice if i didnt add too many chips for some reason (not sure how accurate it is but it worked for me)
