so in one of the rooms in where the cultists are she has a chance being in one of them and when she is in there the room has a red glow .also try it at 2:30 I’ve had some luck there for some reason

after that at 2 30 you can interact with her from what i can see always and make sure its not after 3

ok found out how to do it find the room where she is if the backgrounds red great sit there for like a sec then back out and click on the pointer
