There seems to be problems on the newest MacOS version and launching Unity executables. Please try moving the .app file into your applications folder. Then open your terminal and type sudo chmod -R 755 (drag the .app file to the terminal) then click enter. It should work now. Windows EXEs don’t have the same problem and should work perfectly.
