The black pieces with the green glow are rubber your tire wears down from friction, so you need to collect those to keep moving forward.

I would’ve loved to work more on the level design, but time was tight since we could only really start the jam on Saturday because of classes on Friday (we had only done 2–3 small things before).

A Sonic-style super speed boost would be an amazing addition for sure!
