That’s very nice, thanks for playing!

Really cool idea! The artstyle and aesthetics were great, and being able to look out the window added a nice layer of creepiness to it. I also liked the concept behind looking through the letters, but with the exception of the UV light, I had a REALLY hard time finding out what letters had hidden messages and which ones were safe. Going through line by line was really tedious and I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for with the lining up the two pages. Maybe I'm just bad at this kind of thing, but I swear I was not finding any messages by lining up the two pages. Regardless, really cool game!
I really liked this concept, and it was quite fun! Reminded me of OG doom if it was a roguelike. The cradle in the sky was also really cool, added a lot of character and was nicely creepy. I do think the VCR effect was a little too strong, especially in the night sections, and I think that the platforming area was a little annoying, as it was pretty easy to fall off and lose all your progress, especially if it switches to night while there. Besides that, I still enjoyed it a lot!
I really enjoyed the aesthetic of the game and the general gameplay was pretty interesting. The spritework was especially nice, although the fonts (especially the one at the beginning) was a little too hard to read in my opinion. I was also a little confused why some enemies took longer to beat than others, but I enjoyed trying to figure out how to get past each enemy, even if it became easy after learning what to do for each one. Good work!
WOAH! You should totally finish this at some point, that was really cool!
I really liked the silly characterization of death and the way you made their expressions. Really gave death a lot of character and was pretty silly, which I always appreciate. Plus the writing was a lot of fun in general! I really liked the music too, it fit really well and I was lowkey jamming out to it.
If you're open for some criticism if you want to work on the game again, I would really only say that you probably shouldn't have the player speak without having some sort of button for it (even if there's only one), otherwise it doesn't really feel like the player's voice. Also, there were a little too many points of silence.
BUT, I still really liked what you have even if it's short. (Also how did you get my name???? That was maybe the freakiest part for me)
Really impressive game overall, I think the atmosphere of the game was conveyed really well and it was very impressive technically. The enemy AI was a little annoying at times and would chase after me for what felt like no reason, and the spoken dialogue was a little cheesy at times, but still an overall fun, spooky experience!
Really enjoyed the creative use of a streaming theme, it all felt like a super accurate parody that I feel like made the horror and story work even better. I was really tense throughout most of the game, especially during that early move the fire game, I knew EXACTLY what it was referencing and the anticipation was killing me. Great work!
Overall really enjoyed this game, I really liked the slow burn of finding new signals while piecing together what happened to you and the world you are in, it makes you want to progress through the game. I do think the game ended a little abruptly with too many open questions, especially with what was happening with the locked door, and some closure on what exactly happened to my ship during the jump and at the end of the game. Also, the blast shields never came into play (unless i missed something). But regardless, still a really cool experience.
Yeah that's fair lol, that was kinda where I was at for my game too, all the base stuff was done but I wanted more secrets and hidden stuff. For the bug, the door did slam but for some reason I was still able to open it, then I went inside to hide but I wasn't able to interact with the door to leave. My second time around it all went like normal, I'm not sure what I did differently
I can't believe there aren't more comments on this, this game is actually amazing. I love the story and message with it, and the slow discovery process of figuring out what's happening as you try different things. It feels like the game rewards you for trying things, even if they're stupid. I did not think that typing 'dance' randomly would get me an ending but here we are. Great work, this is probably one of my favorites of the games I've played so far.
Surprisingly pretty spooky game, the jumpscares got me pretty much every time and the atmostphere were well done. I think gameplay-wise, it's a little too hard for being about a joke. You can only get away if you're at full stamina, even if you try to avoid it based on sound effects. Overall very good though, I think it could use a little leniency
Big fan of escape room type games, and this was really cool and fun. The aesthetics were great, and I loved the puzzles even if the game was short. I think the story was interesting as well, although I think there was a little too many big walls of text, even for me, even if you didn't have to read them to progress the game. The ending was also a little underwhelming, there wasn't much of a buildup to what happens, but regardless I had a good time. Great work!
Really great game overall, I was on edge the whole time and some of the scares after the generator broke really got me. The general premise was also super interesting and I wanted to find any and all secrets to figure out what was going on. There was a bug my first time around where I was able to go back into the sleeping room and got stuck there after the generator broke, but that was fixed after restarting the game. I think honestly my only criticism is that there could be even more secrets hidden around, like if you explore outside or try to do different things early, but it is a game jam game, so this is already really impressive as is. Great work!
