Has anyone else ran into what I am? click on the game on the menu screen screen goes black then it goes right back to the main iiRcade menu screen.

Second time buying this game , first time wouldn't complete install, and now today 2/9/24 I bought it again due to I didn't have an account (now I do) and it installed then I rebooted and start the game and the screen goes blank then goes back to the game menu.
