I really enjoyed this! The vibes, art style, and sounds definitely hit that uncanny valley in a great way! The lack of color paired with the unnerving "mission" that the player is given reminded me of Off. Great work!

I really like the art style, and the story's premise is peak yandere. Always nice to see more male yanderes! Good job!

This was my first time playing a game in RPG Bakin. The story was interesting, and it'd be cool to see where it goes. This is solid groundwork for a first attempt. I can't give much feedback in terms of gameplay since I'm not familiar with the software, but keep up the good work!

Absolutely astonishing work! You really nailed that old-school PC games vibe. Collecting furniture and being able to place it around your "home" is pleasantly fun and super cool to see in RPGM! The artwork is just *chef's kiss* and, paired with the sound design and music, just makes for pure eye candy. The story was very well done too and does a fantastic job of showing and not telling. If you were to make a more fleshed-out game done in this style, it would be peak! Awesome job!

I love the concept of this! It feels like a nice blend of Pikmin, Zelda, and Pokémon. The idea of capturing monsters and gaining their abilities makes this feel like a puzzle game, which I'm down for. The artwork is stunning, very unique and charming. Keep up the great work; I would love to see more of this!

This was very charming and cute! Always love a good retro vibe. Also very impressive to get something out in a week while relearning the software! The game does need some balancing with the HP values of the enemies/bosses, but I could see this being a short little game where the player is trying to get as deep as possible before having to leave and restock on equipment. Great work!

As a first attempt at working with RPG Maker, especially an older version of it, you did a great job! I enjoyed the simplicity of this, and just playing an RPGM 2K game was very nostalgic. Definitely keep it up, and I would suggest looking up tutorials to help you better understand the software. Once again, great job and welcome to the world of game development!

Thank you so much! I appreciate the feedback. Yeah, I couldn't playtest much, but I'll be doing more work on this after the jam. It means a lot to hear you liked the art and vibes! Thanks again!

Thank you for playing and for the feedback! And yeah, it's a pretty rough game. Later on, I will do more balancing. I'll also do more work on the Itch page; I totally agree. Also, lmao, you're like the 5th person to tell me this would be peak h-game content, so thank you very much!

It's a shame that the game stopped working at the body part screen cause the atmosphere and vibes are really cool. The short movie scenes blew me away, I didn't know that was possible in VX Ace. Great work on this regardless!

This was a fun and short little puzzle game! Nice work!

I wasn't able to find the yuri.

Unfortunately, scope creep prevented you guys from getting more work done on this cause something about what I played greatly interested me! I hope ya'll work more on this later cause the art, the vibes, and OH MY GOODNESS THE MUSIC are absolutely stellar! Seriously though, the boss theme was absolute FIRE, like something you'd hear out of Risk of Rain. Great work for what you could get done!

I love how this is based on a tragic historical event. Definitely gives it more of an emotional impact. I had a guess about the ending, and I'm sad I was right. Very short but very impactful. Great work!

I loved every second of this, and the ending was *chef's kiss*. Had me holding my sides with laughter! Great work! Super loved this one!

Congrats on your first project! It's a bit rough, but I could tell you put care into this with the strict deadline. The dungeon went on a bit too long, and there were too many enemy tokens that didn't help. I think it would be better if there were fewer tokens yet more enemies per encounter. I feel that would also help make the combat more engaging and difficult. Regardless, the sprite work and enemy design are well done and have a style to them. Keep up the great work!

I haven't read this one of Ray's works, but I'll check it out later cause the premise seems very unsettling yet cool. The animation of the captain being transformed was way more intense than I thought it would be. Honestly got me, lol! Good job adapting the book into game form.

This was rather interesting. I wasn't expecting a Ren'py entry either. It was short, sweet, and to the point. Definitely gave me a bit of claustrophobia with some of the images!

This one blew me away. The atmosphere, music, art, monster designs, and general gameplay are all phenomenal, and I would love to play a full game of this. It's very difficult, but once I figured out how the combat worked and it's meant to be more of a puzzle than your standard RPG combat, it clicked and felt great to get through it. The final boss's design was absolutely fire as well. Amazing work! This is definitely one of my favs.

I really enjoyed the premise for this game! I hope you continue to work on this because there's definitely something here. The horror vibes are solid and left me a bit unsettled in a great way! I also enjoy the open-endedness of the creature and how you give more power to the player to figure out their own lore. I know English isn't your first language, so if you can get someone to help fix the grammatical and spelling errors, that would help. Great work!

I'm not going to make another build until later, but the game lies a bit. You hold Shift to walk not run.

Lol! Thanks for playing! Glad to hear that you found it scary.

I like the aesthetic of the game, and the skeleton is very adorable. Unfortunately, I was pretty confused as to what to do or what was going on, so I wasn't able to progress much. Good job though!

I enjoyed the vibes of this one! The characters are charming, the writing is quirky,  and the general concept is cool. I unfortunately had to stop playing in the second area as the game started to lag pretty badly and crashed. Regardless, I really enjoyed what I played. Great work!

This has so much charm and love put into it! I love Napoleon's design and the humor in this is right up my alley. I enjoyed every second of it, and I hope you keep on working on this!

Updated build. Bug fixes and upgrades all work.

Thanks for playing, and glad you had some fun! I do admit the game is pretty difficult, and I'll be working on fixing bugs and balancing a bit in the future.

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it, and yeah, it's pretty hard. I do absolutely plan on working on this more later.

Heads up! Most of the upgrades are buggy and don't work. I would advise just getting the lantern upgrade.

Thank you so much! I really loved the vibes of this, so I'll definitely play through the rest of it!

There were a lot of cool mechanics in this, and it was surprising to see such an in-depth character. I played for about 25 minutes, and it was chill fun. I liked how there's decision-making too, and if this gets expanded on more, then I hope those choices will have bigger impacts in the future! Good job!

I really enjoyed the liminal vibes this had! I'm a big sucker for that stuff, and the game was short and simple but still silly and fun! Keep up the great work!

I like the premise! Groundhog Day-style games are always fun, and I love that you can just leave, lol! Good job!

This was really cool and I loved the horror effects! A simple story that left ends open for the player to figure out their own lore. Also love the way the game messes with the window, super cool effect.

This is amazing! I'm a huge sucker for retro stuff, and everything felt just right. The music, art, gameplay, and characters were done very well. It was hard to remember that this was made in RPG Maker. Major kudos and great work!

I can't think of the name of the game that this reminds me of, but I love the vibes. The music I heard was stunning and got me into the mood of the game. I wish there was more of it while exploring the town. The writing is well done. I had to cut my playthrough short, but I'm definitely going to play more later. Great work!

I really enjoy the atmosphere, story, and puzzles! The artwork of the murals is stunning. Unfortunately, after the chess puzzle and I finished walking down the stairs, I got this error and couldn't continue any further. Regardless, I had fun playing this and would love to see the ending sometime! Great work!

I love the humor in this! Got a few chuckles out of me, and wasn't expecting voice acting so that's super cool! Great work!

Thank you! I grew up playing a lot of troll games, so I wanted to give it a try myself.  This is probably a stretch, but I took the theme a bit more directly with the player than the game itself, as, with troll games, every death costs a bit of the player's sanity, lol.

Ah that is unfortunate. This is my first time uploading a WEB version of an RPGM game, and it'll probably be my last lol. Just way too fickle to work with. Glad you enjoyed the game though, thank you!
